Leo and Independence:

Unreasonable customers............

Took a call just 5 mins ago.... this auntie so unreasonable, I'm just an office worker who occasionally answer calls and take orders if there is one, and after taking orders, I'll leave them at the 'outbox' where the delivery guys will deliver to their respective customers. This auntie so unreasonable, said she placed her order yesterday and now still haven't receive the goods. The order is out, but the delivery guy still haven't turn up for work today(almost 11am liao), what can I do? I can't guarantee he'll come today and deliver that order. I've got no control over the delivery guys, they're all my seniors. The auntie just being unreasonable and said " Then I no use talking to you, you also won't know one." and hang up on me. Kaoz...... as if my fault like that..............
