Graduation ceremony
Actually, it was on last friday, but i wanted to but didn't have mood to come here and update. Woke up early that day as I need to be there before 9am. Went with mum and dad, and pick up a friend on the way. I wasn't really excited about this ceremony at all. Afterall, it makes no difference as I'm already a graduate, working in my family biz and drawing a miserable salary. But I can't complain as it's kind of my responsibility.
Upon reaching there, went to register 1st. Somehow, the Banking and Finance queue is so long, while others virtually have no queue. Joined my friends in the changing room after I registered. They were already dressed up and putting their finishing touches already. I also got ready too, and soon took out my camera and took a few pictures. I'm not feeling excited, just now that I have to go through this and get it done with. Around 9.30am, started a briefing in the hall. And by 10am, the actual ceremony started. Sitting beside me was a chio-bu(which means not pretty but knows how to make up for it through make-up :P) Sit there till my shoulder ache, before it was finally my turn and went up the stage, shake Rosemary's hand, took the 'file', and pose for the photo. Soon I was off the stage and collected my cert, before heading to my seat again. Amazingly, one of the girl whom I know(though not very well) is one of the top students in school. Had noticed her since my very 1st day in school for orientation, but didn't get to know her well as she resembles a very special friend of mine.Oh well, let's get going on.
After the ceremony, we came down to the atrium area where reception is. Started wandering around, finding friends, taking photos. Didn't eat a bit, wasted :P Bascially was walking about, taking photos, till everyone disperse. Stayed back as some friends attending the afternoon ceremony. Meanwhile took off the gown and relax in Megabite. Great to have some friends in school whom I can talk to during those 2 hours. After 2hrs, finally 4.30pm and started to head downstairs to wait for those from the afternoon ceremony. Got into my gown again and soon taking photos again. It was soooooo tiring, joining this group for a while then another group. Photos and more photos, and soon, it's finally time to go home, to prepare for another outing in the evening.
Was supposed to go Devil's, but ended up in the queue for a couple of hours, before heading to Coffee Bean. Basically was on the phone for quite some time, a friend needs a listening ear, and so there I was listening patiently to her. Went home around 2am+, and drop flat onto my bed and zzzzzzz................
Oh ya, still didn't manage to meet the girl I wanted to know so much in SIM..... guess no fate........... sad :(
